How to use shopping cart
A. What is a shopping cart
In order to make it more convenient for users to purchase platform products, New Ideas Mall provides a shopping cart system for a large number of users, which is similar to the carts or baskets people use when shopping in supermarkets. You can purchase multiple items at once on the platform, add them to your shopping cart, and make a combined payment. The shopping cart allows for functions such as deleting and making payments for products.
B. How to add the items that need to be purchased to the shopping cart
In the New Ideas Mall, select the products you want to purchase. On the product details page, click on "Add to Cart" on the right side of "Buy Now" to add the product to your shopping cart. If you encounter any problems or questions, you can also leave us a message in the "Contact" section at the bottom of the website, and we will reply to you as soon as possible;
After selecting the product, click "Buy Now" to enter the order confirmation and payment page.
C. View the products in the management shopping cart
If you have already selected the items in your shopping cart before, you can see the status of your shopping cart under the "Buy Now" button on the platform's product details page, and quickly enter the checkout by clicking the "Settlement" button.
Checkout (confirm order)
Confirm if the product you have selected in the shopping cart is the one you want to purchase:
1. Choose a payment method
The platform now supports UnionPay payment method
2. Enter payment
After completing all the above processes, click "Confirm Purchase". After submitting the order, the page will prompt the order number and detailed information. After confirmation, you can directly click the corresponding payment button to settle.
Waiting for the buyer to receive the goods
1. After you successfully make the payment on the platform, the deadline for this website is 9:00 am every working day, and payment confirmation and shipping arrangements will be made within fourteen working days.
2. Shipping Notice
After shipment, we will notify you of the logistics tracking number and inquiry method through SMS, internal message or email.
3. Delayed shipment
If the shipment is delayed due to stock shortage, weather or force majeure, we will notify you promptly. You can choose to cancel the order or negotiate a new shipment time.
Transaction Completion
A. When you receive the product and confirm that there are no issues, you can click "Confirm Receipt" to provide confirmation information;
B. If you find any problems with the product after receiving it, you can contact our company to apply for a refund or provide corresponding after-sales service;
