This website cuts off orders at 9:00 am every working day, and confirms payment and shipment arrangements within 14 working days.

 Customers who pick up through the store will generally receive a shipping notice email within 14 working days.

 Due to the use of individual payments and online gift vouchers, the processing time for confirmation and issuance of payment may be adjusted.

 Express delivery time: Delivery in general areas of China takes 3-7 working days (it may be extended in remote areas).

  1. The freight to be borne

Return and exchange freight fee:

 Due to product quality issues or wrong shipment: we will bear the round trip shipping fee.

 No return required: You will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

 Return and exchange logistics

 The return procedure is as follows:

 

  1. Please keep all packaging materials, including original packaging, documents and related products.

 

  1. Please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the goods and submit a return request.

 

  1. Please confirm that the product status meets the requirements of the return policy, we will notify you of the return application as soon as possible.

Due to the incorrect address/phone number you provide and the delivery failed, you will be responsible for the expenses for the second delivery or the risk of order cancellation.

Cross-border orders may involve tariffs and are borne by the recipient at their sole responsibility.

 

  1. The customs clearance time is not included in the delivery time, and the actual processing of the customs shall prevail.

 The recipient fails to provide customs clearance files or pay customs duties in a timely manner;
